Our take
These water dumbbells are a fun addition to pool workouts. The EVA foam provides good buoyancy, and they're comfortable to grip. However, at 0.66 lb each, they offer very little resistance—even water resistance feels minimal. They're great for rehab or gentle toning, but don't expect a hard workout. The purple color is nice, and they float well. For $49, they're a bit pricey for what's essentially a foam toy. If you're serious about water training, look for heavier options.
